Naming the Goblins
Rimuru intervenes effectively to repel the threat of the giant wolves, saving the goblin village from certain destruction. As a sign of gratitude and protection, he chooses to name each of the survivors, a gesture that turns out to have extraordinary consequences in this world governed by a peculiar kind of magic. The goblins instantly evolve into far more powerful Hobgoblins, while the named wolves transform into loyal Tempest Wolves. This pivotal moment also triggers Rimuru's own evolution into a Slime Majin, symbolically marking the birth of what will soon become a true nation.
